The property was very well maintained! When I walked in I said “WOW”! Reception staff was friendly and welcoming. We had to upgrade because the room type we had chosen deluxe double has a bathtub shower combination. I have bad knees and the tubs are a bit too high for me. So we upgraded to an executive suite. We also decided to include the breakfast buffet. Nice selection of breakfast foods including fried eggs or omelettes made to order. The woman who fried the eggs also does the omelettes, for whatever reason she just didn’t take to kindly to my husband. She was not friendly and was down right dismissive. On the 2nd day my husband said something to the gentleman in charge. He finally got his omelette because I went up and ordered it. That was the only glitch to the stay. Great location with convenient access to trains and busses. We walked to Old Town daily (30 minutes) and it was an enjoyable walk.

Lovely place. The hotel is located in a historic building, one of the very few buildings that survived WWII, so it is very special. The location is perfect, right in the city center, many museums, attractions, and sights to see. Nearby are train station and a bus to the Chopin airport. If you want a great view, ask for a room with a city view, but if you want a great sleep, ask for a courtyard view. Front desk staff is excellent, check in and check out were smooth. Buffet breakfast was amazing, plenty to choose from, and everything is very tasty. The room is on a larger size, the bed is comfortable, and there is a robe and slippers. Very thoughtful. I loved this hotel, and I would for sure love to stay there when next time in Warsaw.

We enjoyed our stay at Polonia very much, perfect location, outstanding historical building to make us feel so good to walk into the front entrance... Love the high ceiling room with the super comfy beds. Our room was a whisperly quiet as we wished, which situated towards the back courtyard. Thanks to the Hotel Restaurant chef(s) for the healthy & testy dinners. The reception staff presented very professionally & were helpful, somewhat a bit uptight & serious, otherwise would be perfect! We experienced many hospitality venues in Warsaw have similar approach, maybe a unique "Warsaw Style" ! Thanks for the good memory & highly recommend.

The breakfast was very good. pretty much what you expect from a hotel of such standart. We stayed in a seperate twin beds room and it was large and clean. It was perfect for two people who don't mind sharing a room (but not a bed) together. The location is awesome. Its a few minutes walk from the central train station, the palace of science and culture, and relatively close to an area with lots of restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the central railway station. If you arrive by train, it will take you 5 mins to get there, and the view to the street is stunning. The room was quite spacious and had everything you need, including tea, coffee and drinking water. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable
